Dental Chart

In dental practice, the teeth are described using what is known as the dental chart. Each tooth is represented by a two-digit number indicating its position: the first digit identifies the dental quadrant, while the second indicates the tooth’s position from the centre of the jaw. Additional information about the tooth’s condition or whether it is missing can also be recorded alongside the number.
